What is the HOC & How to Join
Your voice matters in shaping the future of Newinbosch. The HOC brings homeowners and property owners together to collaborate, channel ideas, and support our HOA Homeowner Trustees. While we operate strictly in an advisory capacity without a formal mandate in the association, we were proudly recognized as an official estate committee at the AGM on 13 August 2026.
Together, we transform resident feedback into meaningful improvements for our neighborhood.

Homeowner Trustees – Our Voice in the MHOA
During the ongoing development phase (expected through 2029), the MHOA Board is made up of three Developer Trustees and two Homeowner Trustees.
- Our Representatives: Currently, Jean Kleynhans and Fanie Schoeman represent all homeowners at the quarterly board meetings.
- Direct Input: Every board agenda includes a standing item for "Resident Feedback."
- Closing the Loop: Unless issues are resolved beforehand, the structured feedback and minutes from our HOC monthly meetings are submitted directly to the board for review and action.
To keep momentum going, we host a dedicated monthly meeting after business hours, accessible both in person at the Third Space and online via Teams. These gatherings give every homeowner a seat at the table alongside our Homeowner Trustees.
- Community-Driven: Topics are taken straight from your feedback on the Tracker.
- Action-Oriented: We collaborate to develop structured solutions and clear recommendations.
- Transparent: Key insights and proposals are shared directly with HOA Trustees, estate management, the estate agent, and all homeowners.
